City of Regina Capital Grant Program
The City of Regina has approved Parliament Point to receive 16 incentive grants of $15,000 each. This means that 16 home buyers at Parliament Pointe will be able to receive up to $15,000 each that can be used towards the down payment of their condo.
You may be eligible to receive a $15,000 grant if:
- Your household income is $78,400 or less per year
- You are a first time homebuyer
- You plan to live in the home
- You qualify for a 5-year mortgage
Along with the $15,000, eligible homeowners will receive a 5-year tax abatement. This mean no taxes for 5 years!
HeadStart On A Home Program
Anagram HOMES is pleased to be part of HeadStart On A Home, a unique partnership between the Province of Saskatchewan and several provincial Credit Unions that assists home buyers in purchasing a home.
With this program, home buyers can apply to borrow the up to the 5% down payment amount, with a 5-year amortization and interest at prime. To be eligible for this loan, purchasers must qualify for a 5-year mortgage.
