Mount Royal

Developed between 1946 and 1980, the neighbourhood consist primarily of single family homes. It includes the A. E. Wilson Park walkway and Rick Hansen Park, which has been recognized for its accessible design. There are several other parks. The Rosemont Shopping centre on 4th Avenue is a hub for shopping and services.
